  • Participants shall submit their models for testing and evaluation to generate a leader board included in the evaluation system. Testing environments differ (minor) from training based on the competition phases above. During the sin-gle agent test phase, models are tested on environments where traffic condi-tions and order varies.

Participants can use any programming language/framework they wish. However, any cheating by using commercial tools and these results is not permitted and any such en-tries will be disqualified. Top performing teams on the leader-board will be required to pro-vide their code to the Organiser, who will run the code to verify that it reproduces the same results as submitted by the Participants to the competition and to otherwise verify that the submission is valid.

Determination and notification of winners

The competition will be judged based on a reward function created by the organisers to measure speeds, safety, successful completion and other aspects important of self-driving.

The competition will be judged automatically based on an algorithm created by the Organ-iser to measure PSNR (peak signal-to-noise-ratio) from validly submitted entries.

The Organiser will on 18th December 2019 (the ‘Announcement Date’) notify the winners via their email address (provided on registration to the competition). In the case of a team entry, the Organiser will notify the representative that registered on behalf of the team on-ly.
